Return Process

  Log in to your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Upload Evidence

  For live plants or fragile pots, please upload clear photos of the damage or quality issue within 48 hours of delivery to expedite the approval process.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included; for live plants, ensure they are watered and secured.

• 4.
  Pickup and Refund

  Once your return is approved, our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
