What is your replacement policy for damaged plants?
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please share a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery. we provide a free replacement as part of our 'Guaranteed to Grow' promise.
Do the plants come with pots included?
Yes, most of our plants come in high-quality nursery pots or premium decorative planters as specified on the product page. Please check the 'What's Included' section for details.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to ensure the shortest possible travel time for live plants.
